Culinary Director

We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to spearhead our culinary strategy and elevate the dining experience across two waterfront kitchens in Fremantle.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement menus that reflect the unique concept and appeal of each venue, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruit, inspire, and manage high-performing kitchen teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across both venues, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Oversee kitchen operations, supplier relationships, and champion compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and operations teams to ensure seamless service and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in multi-outlet or concept-driven establishments, with a strong leadership and team development legacy.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of modern Australian and Asian cuisine, with a flair for wood-fired cooking.
- Passion for local ingredients, sustainability, innovation, and excellent organisational and communication skills.
