About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Event Supervisor to join our team at Trippas White Group. As an Event Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of events, ensuring that every detail is taken care of and that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, including venue selection, catering, and logistics
- Work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure that events are executed to the highest standard
- Manage and train a team of event staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided
- Monitor and control event budgets to ensure that they are within agreed limits
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve event operations and increase revenue
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's experience in an events supervisory role
- Previous experience in running weddings and corporate conferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and handle high-end clientele
- Ability to manage, train, and lead a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet
- Valid NSW RSA
- Valid visa of at least 6 months
