About the Role

The Records Officer will provide administrative support to the CSBB Records Management Officer in the sorting and preparation of documentation for digital scanning. This role is based primarily at the Central Office at Pennant Hills, with some work required in schools across the Diocese. The ability to travel between schools and the central office is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the sorting and preparation of documentation for digital scanning
  • Collate, order, and remove staples/paperclips from paper files
  • Document preparation of paper files for digitization, including collating and ordering
  • Manage competing priorities and sensitivities to deliver high-quality work
  • Follow a set criterion for preparing paper files to be digitized
  • Accurately complete an electronic manifest (data entry) using Microsoft Office

Requirements

  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence
