About the Opportunity

At Mercy Health Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in a Retirement Living role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the sales experience from start to finish for our incoming residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the Mercy Health Seniors Living service offering to meet the needs of our residents and customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Seniors Living residents, potential customers, and their representatives to enhance our service offering.
  • Manage unit sales and marketing in accordance with set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Project manage unit refurbishments aligned with settlement time frames to ensure a seamless transition for our residents.
  • Assist in the compilation of Village Contracts, Disclosure Documents, and Facts Sheets to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements to achieve Accreditation across the portfolio.
  • Assist with Seniors Living development projects to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Village Managers and Service Managers to create Villages with open and transparent relationships between clients, residents, and staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure residents and clients experience a positive customer journey from beginning to end within the broader Mercy Health community.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Management, Sales, or Property.
  • Experience in the Retirement/Seniors Living and Property Sales sectors, with a strong understanding of the requirements in Retirement Village operations.
  • Sound business skills, including the ability to understand and interpret budgets.
  • Proven ability to achieve positive sales outcomes from a Retirement Village perspective and within the broader community.
  • Proven experience in sales, including selling off the plan.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve.
  • A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to effective resident care and management.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
