**MARKETING COORDINATOR |**

**The Role**:

- Award submissions
- Preparation and posting property listings online (sales & rentals)
- Website Management
- Manage Social Media Plan & Execution which includes filming & photography
- Formatting documents to the BRE standard
- Manage the Marketing filing system
- Implementation and management of Marketing functions
- Implementing new marketing initiatives
- Prepare copy writing for sales and rental properties and Team members bio’s
- Create and prepare electronic mailouts & newsletters
- Assistance with Team and Client event management
- Prepare newsletters (monthly, seasonally)
- Management of monthly campaigns (eg. Dry July)
- Formatting of internal and external communications
- General administrative tasks as needed

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- **_Agents Representative Certificate (Essential)_**:

- Previous marketing experience (preferred)
- Previous real estate industry experience (preferred)
- Fantastic administration skills and attention to detail
- Thrive under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects at once
- Work well in a team and independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional organisational, communication and customer service skills
