About the Role

Care Choice is a leading provider of disability support services, and we are currently seeking a skilled Complex Disability Support Worker to join our team in Castlemaine and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support services to individuals with complex needs, focusing on skill and capacity building to promote independence and confidence.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve optimal outcomes for participants.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Disability or a related field, and a minimum of 12 months experience in the sector.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable).
