About the Role

CareChoice is seeking a dedicated and experienced Complex Disability Support Worker to join our team in Castlemaine and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality services and supports to our Participants, empowering them to reach their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to Participants with complex needs
  • Implement behaviour support strategies and build strong relationships with Participants
  • Provide 24-hour complex supports, including domestic and personal care, community access, and transport
  • Work collaboratively with the CareChoice team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification (Cert IV in Disability or equivalent) and a minimum of 12 months experience in the sector
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable)
