The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with challenging behaviors and high physical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized support to participants with complex care needs
  • Managing participants with challenging behaviors
  • Working overnight shifts as required
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
  • First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willingness to obtain
  • Current Driver's License
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check
  • Working with Children Check
