Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Complex Disability Support Worker to join our team in Castlemaine and surrounding areas. As a Complex Disability Support Worker, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality support and services to our clients, with a focus on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality support and services to clients with complex needs, including 24-hour complex supports, supported independent living, community access and transport, and domestic and personal care.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Implement behavioral strategy supports and develop individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, and make adjustments to support plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with clients with complex needs, preferably in a disability support setting.
  • Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification, and a minimum of 12 months experience in the sector.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable).
