Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Drummond/Daylesford region. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to participants with complex needs, including physical and behavioral support
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with participants, their families, and other stakeholders

- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping and reporting
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Certificate 4 level qualification in a relevant field
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster, including overnight shifts and training
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Current Driver's License with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
