Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing customer accounts in the Sydney Southwest territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retain and grow existing business, actively seek new opportunities
  • Develop timely and accurate forecasts of customer requirements using Salesforce.com
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comply with OHS&E policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience gained through sales, customer service, or account management
  • Experience in packaging and/or manufacturing would be highly regarded
  • B2B sales experience would be highly regarded
  • Exposure to customer relationship management systems (CRM) & proficiency in Microsoft products
  • Autonomous with strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, solution-focused
  • Clear communicator with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capability
