Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our most significant Mid-Market clients, driving upselling, cross-selling, and building multi-stakeholder relationships. You will collaborate with various teams across the business, including sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build deep relationships with our key accounts to understand their needs and provide value-based solutions.
  • Support the achievement of revenue targets by focusing on input metrics and delivering relevant outcomes.
  • Forecast and build out a pipeline within Salesforce to accurately track numbers and identify success drivers.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to share customer insights and contribute to the development of the company's roadmap.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic account management, preferably in fintech or complex technology sales.
  • Understanding of lengthy sales cycles and the nuances of enterprise relationships.
  • Ability to build rapport across all levels, from C-suite executives to operations teams.
  • Project management experience to manage multiple clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excitement to learn technical concepts and become an internal product champion.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to navigate complex structures and find innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications

A payments background is highly desirable, as it enhances success in this role.
