Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Consultant at Blackwoods, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our largest customer in the Mega Mining business team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling all telephone and email enquiries, striving for a first point of contact resolution, and ensuring total customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Experiences:
To excel in this role, you will need a blend of skills and experiences, including problem-solving, multi-skilling, and excellent communication and administration skills. You will also need to be able to learn new business systems and be comfortable in a changing environment.
