About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at BOQ. As the first point of contact in the Branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and digital interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing information on BOQ's products and services.
  • Contribute to achieving branch success by working collaboratively with the team to meet sales and service targets.
  • Perform teller duties, including general enquiries, account opening/closing, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Initiate quality conversations with customers through floor walking and proactive engagement.
  • Book interviews and conduct outbound calling to maintain and build customer relationships.
  • Maintain the ATM and perform daily cash management tasks, including ATM services and Travelex.
  • Manage stationery orders and maintain a strong focus on compliance.
