About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at APM. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, friendly, and timely support to clients via various communication channels
  • Explain the benefits of our services and support coordination to clients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and notes of all interactions for audit purposes
  • Respond to and resolve client queries and challenges in a timely and effective manner
  • Follow established communication guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients through open and empathetic communication

Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
