  • Perform teller duties, including general enquiries, account opening/closing, deposits, and withdrawals
  • Initiate quality conversations with customers and book interviews
  • Maintain and build customer relationships through inbound and outbound calling
  • Daily maintenance of the ATM and cash management
  • Stationery orders and strong focus on compliance
