About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at BOQ. As the first point of contact in the Branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general enquiries, account opening/closing, deposits, and withdrawals to customers
  • Engage in floor walking and initiate quality conversations with customers to build strong relationships
  • Book interviews and maintain customer relationships through inbound and outbound calling
  • Perform daily maintenance of the ATM and manage cash
  • Order stationery and maintain a strong focus on compliance

About You

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer with outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills. You will thrive in this environment by demonstrating:
