About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Bank of Queensland. As the first point of contact in the Branch, you will provide exceptional customer service to our customer network, developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service through teller duties, including general enquiries, account opening/closing, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Engage in floor walking and initiate quality conversations with customers to build relationships and promote BOQ's products and services.
  • Book interviews and conduct inbound and outbound calling to maintain and build customer relationships.
  • Perform daily maintenance of the ATM and manage cash effectively.
  • Ensure strong focus on compliance and adhere to BOQ's policies and procedures.
