Job Description

A national business is seeking a unique and talented individual to join their team in the western suburbs.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside an inspiring leader, supporting them with day-to-day office management, including diary management, travel bookings, organisation of external and internal events, scheduling meetings and managing international time zones, day to day Office Management, liaising with clients and dealing with enquiries, preparation of materials using Microsoft Office Suite, and inbox management and taking action as required.
