We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Data entry are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound orders: Receiving and processing incoming shipments, including verifying inventory levels and updating WMS accordingly.
  • Prioritise and release Orders for picking: Coordinating the picking process to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Upload Orders into WMS and Auspost daily: Maintaining accurate records of orders and shipments.
  • Outbound orders: Preparing despatch labels/paperwork and manifesting loads for timely delivery.
  • Maintain daily KPI report: Tracking key performance indicators to measure productivity and efficiency.
  • Update Control Board: Ensuring all necessary information is displayed on the control board for easy access.
  • Filing/Archiving: Organizing and maintaining accurate files and archives.
  • Co-ordinate Warehouse kitting activities; Process Inbounded stock from supplier: Managing the flow of goods and materials within the warehouse.
  • Transact off consumed stock in WMS: Accurately updating inventory levels.
  • Prepare kitting tasks: Coordinating the preparation of kits for dispatch.
  • Receipt kitted items into stock in WMS: Verifying and recording the receipt of new stock.
  • Prepare outbound paperwork from WMS: Ensuring accurate documentation for shipments.
  • Assist with Stocktake preparation and Cycle Count adjustments: Participating in regular stocktakes and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role or field: Demonstrated experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong administrative and exceptional customer service experience: Providing high-quality service to customers.
  • Be a highly motivated, driven, and organised individual who masters the art of prioritising: Possessing strong organisational and time management skills.
