Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team across inbound, production, and outbound operations.
  • Ensure all aspects of site operations are compliant and cost-efficient.
  • Develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured development plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement, efficient labour planning, and KPI achievement.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships.
What We're Looking For
  • Leadership experience in logistics or transport roles.
  • A background in retail logistics or FMCG, ideally in a multi-temperature distribution centre.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
  • Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and operational budgets.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and WMS systems.
