About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with leaders in our homes across South Australia, managing a portfolio of recruitment projects and campaigns to drive business results. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for implementing our end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring compliance and process adherence, and providing exceptional customer experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of homes and lead the implementation of our recruitment strategy
  • Ensure processes and compliance are adhered to
  • Post job ads, proactively source candidates, manage campaigns, phone screen interviews, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, background/reference checks, and job offers and onboarding documentation
  • Involved in open days and careers expos
Requirements:
  • Significant recruitment experience, high volume recruitment experience desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruitment projects and campaigns
  • A strong work ethic and drive to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Proficiency with current technology (including MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems)

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
