Security professionals are sought after by Wilson Security to contribute to the company's growth in Townsville, securing contracts that enhance its presence across the region.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Team and Duty Managers to provide strong customer service solutions, handling various tasks including landside security duties, carparking duties, gatehouse duties, and monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems.

About the Role:

  • Location: Townsville
  • Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities available
  • Weekday and weekend shifts available
  • 4 - 12 hour shifts available
  • Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a proactive and problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work well in a team or autonomously. They will also be able to adapt to rotational rosters and demonstrate physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
  • Valid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
  • Crowd Control endorsement highly desirable
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
