This role involves working as part of a dynamic team to ensure the smooth operation of our client sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients
- Gatehouse duties, including managing access control systems
- Proactively monitoring CCTV systems to identify potential security risks
- Conducting regular building patrols to report and mitigate security and safety risks
- Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Providing support to tenants and facilities teams
- Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
- Responding to emergency situations, such as protests and emergency management events
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a proactive and problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work well in a team environment. If you have previous experience in corporate real estate contracts, this would be highly desirable. You will also need to hold a valid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass) and a current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
