As we expand in Townsville, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region, we are creating new roles within our Townsville team focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
Role Overview:
- Location: Various locations across the Townsville region
- Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities available
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- 4 - 12 hour shifts available
- Level 2 Pay
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients, as well as performing landside security duties, patrols, and maintenance reporting if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to tenants and Facilities
- Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
- Responding to emergency situations
- Contractor management duties
- Ad-hoc duties
Detailed Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Previous experience in Corporate Real Estate Contracts (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
- Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
- Valid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
- Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
