About the Role

Wilson Security Pty Ltd is expanding its operations in Brisbane, creating new opportunities for security professionals. We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team and contribute to enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and various positions.

Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients.
  • Gatehouse duties, including managing access control systems.
  • Monitoring CCTV systems to ensure a secure environment.
  • Conducting regular building patrols to identify and report potential security risks.
  • Identifying hazards and building faults, reporting them for rectification.
  • Supporting tenants and facilities through proactive communication.
  • Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management.
  • Responding to emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Contractor management duties, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and step up when needed.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Australian citizenship or unlimited work rights.
  • Previous experience in corporate real estate contracts is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports, using computer software and security-related systems.
  • Availability to work rotational shifts, including nights, days, and weekends.
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks requiring long periods of walking and standing.
  • A valid QLD security license, including monitoring subclass.
  • Crowd control endorsement will be highly desirable.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
