Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security and Risk Management Professional to join our team in Townsville. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients
  • Conduct landside security duties, patrols, and maintenance reporting
  • Carparking duties, including patrols, equipment checks, and issuing infringements
  • Perform gatehouse duties and proactively monitor CCTV and Access Control Systems
  • Conduct building patrols to identify and report security and safety risks
  • Assist tenants and facilities staff as needed
  • Manage contractors and deliveries through dock management
  • Respond to emergency situations
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship or unlimited work rights
  • Valid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
  • Crowd Control endorsement highly desirable
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
  • Willingness to support and step up into other roles
