Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Security and Risk Management Professional to join our team in Townsville. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and positions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients
- Conduct landside security duties, patrols, and maintenance reporting
- Carparking duties, including patrols, equipment checks, and issuing infringements
- Perform gatehouse duties and proactively monitor CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Conduct building patrols to identify and report security and safety risks
- Assist tenants and facilities staff as needed
- Manage contractors and deliveries through dock management
- Respond to emergency situations
- Australian citizenship or unlimited work rights
- Valid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
- Crowd Control endorsement highly desirable
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Willingness to support and step up into other roles
