Job Description

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking an experienced Content and Digital Communications Manager to join a rapidly growing Asset Management firm in Sydney. This brand new role reports to the Head of Sales and focuses on driving new investor leads for the firm's platform.

About the Role

This full-time position involves developing and executing bespoke communications strategies and initiatives aimed at expanding our investor base and enhancing our brand presence. You will work closely with the Sales and management teams to curate and coordinate informative and educational content for our various investors and investment channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to draft engaging and impactful communications. They must also be able to analyse data arising from communications activity and use analysis to inform future communications campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new investors and retain existing ones.
  • Generate compelling digital content for investment opportunities, fund reports, and economic updates.
  • Manage all aspects of investor events, functions, and educational presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

You will also be responsible for updating the company website, LinkedIn, and other content pages. The salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with the financial services industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make recommendations.
  • Strong numerical skills and budget management.
  • Experience with content creation and management.

A suitable candidate will possess salesforce and account engagement experience, as well as proficiency in WordPress and CMS. Adobe Creative Suite skills are also desirable.
