It reflects our genuine desire to be part of and contribute to our teams.Role PurposeTo lead through Redcape's purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on our key performance metrics.To support your Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team that delivers extraordinary customer experiences and drives venue performance.The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience.
