About The RoleReporting directly to the Front Office Manager, you will provide exceptional service to all our guests. As a Front Office professional, you will have the knowledge and experience to guide and assist the Front Office team to excellence while maintaining the hotel's standards.
About You- Energy and passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Dynamic individual with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Enthusiasm to assist other hotel departments to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability in RMS property management system preferred
- Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
