Transport Business Partner

About the Role:

Your focus will be on delivering exceptional logistics services that meet or exceed client expectations. This includes managing multiple transport accounts, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and ensuring profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and expectations.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Manage multiple transport accounts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and improve performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
