Logistics Solutions Specialist

This is an opportunity to excel in a dynamic logistics environment, where you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between merchants, carriers, and internal teams.

  • As a Logistics Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with e-commerce merchants and carriers to optimise delivery performance, troubleshoot issues, and design scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage relationships with merchants and carriers, ensuring smooth delivery performance, escalating issues, and driving continuous improvements.
  2. Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and hold carriers accountable while keeping merchants informed of any changes or concerns.
  3. Use data analytics to provide insights that drive smarter decisions, working with Excel/Google Sheets to analyse delivery performance, cost trends, and margins.
  4. Support new carrier integrations, pricing updates, and service enhancements by collaborating with product, tech, and operations teams.
  5. Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to merchants and internal stakeholders.
  6. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, working across carriers, merchants, and internal teams to find effective solutions.
  7. Work closely with leadership, operations, tech, and growth teams to push Skutopia's delivery services forward.
