Job Summary:

The Corporate Governance Advisor will join a leading financial services company as part of an established and high-performing legal and corporate governance team based in Sydney.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Board and Committee forums, including preparing and distributing agendas, papers, and meeting materials. The successful candidate will also draft minutes, track follow-ups, and assist with the implementation of decisions.

Maintenance of governance documentation, registers, and policies is another key responsibility, including conflicts of interest. Additionally, the Corporate Governance Advisor will assist with external reporting obligations, Board effectiveness reviews, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Board Secretariat, Company Secretariat, or Governance support role and possess strong written communication skills and precision in documentation. A proactive, responsive, and service-focused mindset is essential for success in this position.

  • Main Responsibilities:
