Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to provide exceptional support to our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end meeting process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. They will also collaborate with senior management and business representatives in the preparation and drafting of submissions to Boards and Committees.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role and possess a tertiary qualification in Law/Accounting or Business Administration. A Professional Qualification, such as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries, is desirable.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Liaising with senior management and business representatives in the preparation and drafting of submissions to Boards and Committees
  • Contributing to the development of Corporate Governance Statements, Annual Reports, Half-Year, and Full-Year disclosures
  • Ensuring ASX Listing Rule compliance, including all regulatory ASX disclosures
  • Providing expert advice on corporate governance matters and meeting information requests from Executive Leadership Teams and other management teams
  • Leading and supporting a team to deliver high-quality results
