Senior Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Corporate Governance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate governance and secretarial services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Coordinate and oversee company secretarial services, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in managing company registers, preparing and lodging ASIC forms, drafting resolutions, and monitoring ASIC debt status.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A qualification in Corporate Governance or a related discipline (law, accounting, business, and finance).
- Practicing Chartered Secretary qualification with ICSA would be advantageous.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in a legal, corporate secretarial, or financial services environment.
- Supervise and guide the team to provide excellent corporate governance and secretarial services to clients.
- Enhance team members' skills and knowledge through technical training and knowledge sharing.
