Corporate Secretarial Specialist Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Secretarial Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including registering companies, managing company registers, preparing and lodging ASIC forms, drafting resolutions and other statutory documents, monitoring ASIC debt status, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including registering companies, managing company registers, and preparing and lodging ASIC forms.
  • Draft resolutions and other statutory documents as required.
  • Monitor ASIC debt status and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
  • Provide excellent services to clients by addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate qualification in commerce, business, governance, or law is required.
  • Approximately 4 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles, with a solid understanding of ASIC regulations and corporate governance practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently to manage company registers, prepare documentation, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
