Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate governance professional to join our team as an Internal Auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas of improvement and risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and improve business processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of domestic and NZ premises to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the Audit & Risk Committee.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CA/CPA qualification and at least 3 years' experience working in a commercial environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
