About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with our Managing Partner and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and lodge ASIC documents, including director changes, share issues, and company amendments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company registers and corporate governance records
  • Support the preparation of board and committee minutes
  • Assist with due diligence processes for capital raisings, IPOs, and corporate transactions
  • Draft and review corporate legal documents under supervision
  • Conduct research and maintain precedent databases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a paralegal in an Australian law firm or corporate secretariat
  • Strong knowledge of ASIC lodgement processes and corporate governance requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work closely with senior practitioners
