About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, including customer service, inventory management, and compliance tasks.
- Deliver friendly and helpful service to customers
- Manage Click & Collect orders and handle laybys, vendor orders, returns, and credits
- Ensure stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Roll out compliance tasks, safety audits, and price changes
- Work closely with store leadership, suppliers, and support office
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient store environment
This role involves delivering excellent customer service, managing daily store operations, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Physically capable (lifting up to 15kg, using ladders, moving stock)
