We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead our team at a prestigious golf club located in Wamberal, NSW. This is a full-time opportunity for a customer-focused professional who can coordinate daily operations and create memorable moments for visitors.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Open and close the venue
  • Continuously improve service delivery
  • Manage customer complaints and issues
  • Supervise employees, including training and development, and oversee employee performance
  • Ensure rostered shifts are covered each day/week using the Clubs roster system TANDA
  • Assist with compliance requirements by accurately updating reports in Risk Manager

To be successful for this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience leading daily operations within a similar role
  • Experience in overseeing a range of functions such as gaming, bars, restaurants, and reception
  • Possession of exceptional leadership skills that motivate and energize teams
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance
  • Computer literacy essential
  • Current certification for RSA, RCG, Provide First Aid, and Advanced Resuscitation (or willingness to obtain)
  • Applicable tertiary qualifications
  • Ability to work flexible hours as the role includes days, evenings, and weekend work
