This Sydney real estate agency is a leading office with a strong, reputable presence in the market. We are seeking an Administration & Marketing Executive to join our innovative team.

The Role
  • Coordinate photoshoots and work closely with photographers and stylists to showcase properties.
  • Review and proof property brochures and marketing materials to ensure high-quality presentation.
  • Manage property listings, updating live or sold statuses to maintain accurate records.
  • Support the Executive Assistant with various tasks, including administrative duties and coordination of events.
  • Handle all social media management, sponsored posts, and agent marketing to enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist the EA with general duties, contributing to a smooth workflow and efficient operation.
About You
  • Prior experience in real estate is essential for this role, as you will be working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
  • We are looking for someone with creative flair and attention to detail, who can effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders.

  • You must hold a current certificate of registration and a reliable car with a valid driver's license.
