We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Professional to join our dynamic team at Harrison Barratt Group (HBG) in Southwest Sydney.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business through prospecting, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and providing world-class customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities through calls, door-knocking, and networking.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conducting property appraisals, open homes, auctions, and private inspections to showcase properties to potential buyers.
  • Managing client databases and following up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential property sales with a strong track record of success.
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Resilient and highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and achieving results.
  • Immaculate personal presentation, with a professional demeanor and attitude.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle for business use.
