About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Strategist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that support the growth and success of our Work Dynamics business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution
  • Manage and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital media and events
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategy

Requirements

  • Education to degree standard or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at senior levels
  • Understanding of real estate markets and digital marketing processes
  • 6+ years marketing work experience in progressive, matrixed organisations
