Job Overview As a Loyalty Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for our Loyalty program. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer behavior. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in loyalty marketing and experience managing large-scale customer databases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Loyalty program strategy to enhance customer retention and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the health of the member database through data analysis and insights-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that increase customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • Lead a team of professionals in loyalty marketing and analytics to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Advertising/Marketing/Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in leading teams in loyalty marketing, CRM, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Solid knowledge of consumer research and analytics.
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with CMS systems.
  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
