Job Title: Customer Engagement Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Strategist to lead our customer relationship management and loyalty initiatives.

The Role
  • Develop and execute a customer engagement strategy that drives retention, lifetime value, and brand advocacy.
  • Oversee the development of targeted campaigns, personalised customer experiences, and the growth of our loyalty program.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including briefing creative, building, scheduling, testing, deploying, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and optimise lifecycle marketing journeys to deepen customer relationships and drive purchasing behaviour.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with key stakeholders to evolve program benefits, promotions, and engagement strategies.

We require someone with 5+ years' experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing, ideally in retail, fashion, or eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable growth in customer engagement and retention.

A strong data analysis background and ability to lead and motivate teams is essential. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also required.
