Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and manage commercial partnerships that drive growth through trusted B2B relationships.

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in channel sales, partnerships, and business development to join our national sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic channel sales plans to achieve revenue targets and engage partners
  • Negotiate and manage national referral partnerships with associations, brokers, consultants, franchisors, and other aligned organisations
  • Create value propositions and co-branded initiatives that generate quality leads
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver campaigns, events, and content that amplify impact
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development with a strong understanding of the channel sales ecosystem
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to craft and articulate mutual value propositions
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills with a natural ability to influence and engage
  • Results-driven with a proactive and accountable approach to delivering results
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
