Channel Business Operations Specialist

The Channel Business Operations Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our channel business. This includes acting as a primary point of contact for client-facing teams, resolving and escalating tickets, initiating and leading projects to drive process improvements, and resolving and elevating internal system-related issues.

This individual will have a deep understanding of our organization and be able to direct requesters to the right resource quickly. They will also be responsible for driving innovation with our core channel processes, developing and maintaining documentation for processes and procedures, and collaborating with the Partnerships and Business Operation segment Leaders to drive data-influenced decisions and segment strategy.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience in business operations or a related field
  • Technical expertise in Salesforce, Looker, and Tableau, as well as Excel
  • Strong collaboration skills with various teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to identify issues and solve them independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS environments
  • Salesforce administration
  • Tableau or Looker experience
