At Vanta, we are seeking a highly skilled Channel Development Specialist to join our sales and business development team.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing the partner acquisition process, identifying potential partners, and developing strategies to drive growth and expansion.

You will be the key point of contact for our channel partners, providing support and guidance to ensure their success. You will work closely with our pre-sales team to co-sell effectively with new partners.

Responsibilities:
  1. Pipeline generation and ARR growth from new Vanta partners
  2. Cold outreach to potential, inactive, and dormant partners using tools like Salesforce, Cognism, and LinkedIn
  3. Mastery of partner prospect identification and qualification processes
  4. Developing and executing multi-channel outreach strategies using Outreach and other tools
  5. Collaboration with Channel Marketing, Channel Enablement, and Channel Operations teams to enhance effectiveness
  6. Working alongside pre-sales teams (AEs and Sales Leadership) for co-selling efforts with new partners
  7. Strong understanding of Vanta's value proposition and product offerings
Requirements:
  1. Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales roles, preferably with pipeline generation responsibilities
  2. Ability to design and manage the current Channel Recruitment Engine
  3. Self-starter who can create processes and procedures for scaling businesses
  4. High empathy and strong interpersonal skills as a brand representative for Vanta
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for making a significant impact early on at a start-up
