
National HORECA Channel Development Manager

As a Commercial Account Manager in our HORECA channel, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small to medium-sized national QSR and food manufacturer accounts.
- Lead day-to-day account management, including pricing, promotional planning and business reviews.
- Drive incremental growth through NPD, menu solutions and limited time offers.
- Build strong relationships across new and existing accounts.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities that align with our brand portfolio.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and forecasting accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting via Salesforce and internal systems.
We are looking for an experienced professional with:
- Proven experience in account management within foodservice, QSR or FMCG.
- Strong solution selling skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Commercial acumen and experience conducting P&L and margin analysis.
- Persistence, drive and comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
