As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries. You will manage customer sales inquiries, administrative tasks, and provide after-sales support ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer sales inquiries and administrative tasks
- Taking charge of invoicing processes and delivering comprehensive after-sales support
- Addressing inquiries related to health fund and home care packages
Requirements include:
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms
